Resource for Crisis and Reputation Discussions: United’s Reputation on a Graph

When talking about the effects of crisis on reputation, it is useful to have visual data whether you are talking to students or to managers.  The Harris Poll released some fascinating visuals for the recent United crisis.  What makes the visual even more compelling is it adds data from Wells Fargo and Volkswagen (two recent major crisis victims) and Delta.  You can click on Harris Poll or use this address:
